Trappped emotions can cause a variety of physical and emotional issues that can block people from being able to receive and give love, block creativity, and even block happiness. Trapped emotions also exhert influence on our bodies' tissues that can lead to physical pain and discomfort. Releaseing trapped emotions help put our body in the right condition to heal itself and our emotional difficulties become much easier to handle.
